Assembly Instructions Step 1: Unpack all parts and confirm the quantities. Step 2: Insert the wheels onto the 4 bottom poles, making sure the same type is installed on the same side (short side). Step 3: Snap the clip sleeves in place, ensuring the horizontal line position and arrow point upward. Step 4: Fasten the collar into the sleeves to install the shelf, keeping the 4 bottom poles upright and parallel. Step 5: Screw the upper pole onto the bottom pole, aligning both poles upright. Repeat these steps to complete the assembly.
